Owning their Future

Rancho San Benito (RSB) provides access to land, resources, and training to support farmworkers to operate an incubator farm on the coastside.

With RSB’s support, farmers receive training in organic and agroecological farming and coaching on entrepreneurial skills such as marketing and business management, making it possible for them to sell their own crops and products.

Rancho San Benito is located on agricultural land on Ohlone Territory, in the Wavecrest area of Half Moon Bay, California. Together, we are growing nourishing food, supporting farmworkers’ futures, and enriching the cultural, educational, economic, and social justice of farmworker communities of the San Mateo County coastside.
